There are three main components of the manufacturing process:
- Pre-Production: Including sampling materials, sourcing of raw materials, pre-production meetings, and finalizing approvals.
- Production: Receiving all materials including fabric, garment production, and cut and sew activities.
- Post Production: Finishing processes, quality checks, packing, and shipment inspection.
Realizing Vertical Integration
We apply Lean Management to enhance efficiency and ensure the highest quality. Our vertical integration spans spinning, fabric, and garment units in Bangladesh, India, and China to reduce lead time and costs.
Sourcing
Yarn: Right Spinning mill for RingSpun yarn with EU duty-free benefits.
Fabric: Environmentally safe in-house production with quality materials.
Garment: Flexible production lines matched to design and volume.
Payment Terms
- 100% Irrevocable LC at sight
- Advance TT 50/50 Bank to bank
- TT 30/70 based on order
Production Lead Time
Minimum 45 days after LC/TT received. MOQ: 3000pcs.
